Ali Haydar Karabacak

Ali graduated from Istanbul University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He studied on fluent analysis of coolant air in micro-channel during his bachelor’s degree.

After he finished his bachelor’s degree, he worked for a private company that works with the government. In 2017, he got a scholarship from his government to study nuclear engineering in the US. In 2019, he studied AEP (Academic English Program) at the University of Texas at Austin (UT). In 2020 January, he joined the HEATS Lab to study with Dr. Juliana Pacheco Duarte, Paul Hurley, and Jeric Demasana. His part in this project is designing the high-pressure. This loop will be used for working on post-CHF phenomena.

Outside of the lap, Ali enjoys playing computer games, soccer, and swimming. His favorite activity is cooking and eating.
